The hotel offers spacious rooms with nice views and great food, but could benefit from a refurbishment. Check-in and check-out were fast but lacked soundproofing, causing some inconvenience to guests. The staff was caring and responsive, providing a slick and professional service. The location on the cliff top provides one of the best views in the city, perfect for those seeking a heavenly night view. The dining experience was delightful with a good variety of dishes. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few areas that could be improved.

The hotel is situated at a good viewpoint with a beautiful location that filled my camera with many photos. The rooms, although rather cold in the evenings initially, were very comfortable with great views over Ooty and of good size with a separate seating area.
